These are the main links. They appear on every page that you click on, so you can always go back to the home page by clicking 'Home' or search for different types of tours using these links. There is also an About Us link, where you can learn more about Coach Tours America, and a Contact Us link where you can contact us if you need any help, if you have a question, or if you wish to leave feedback.

This banner shows a special tour that might be of interest to you, with a special destination, or exclusive price. You can click on the banner to view more information and book this tour.

This area of the page shows you similar tours to the tour you are viewing. For example, if you are viewing information about a tour to Disney World Orlando, this area might show you other Orlando area tours, other tours for the same dates, or other similar tours for families.

These links on the footer of the page are extra links to allow you to search using different categories, see the frequently asked questions for our website, and look at a site map to help you find the page you're looking for.

Booking a Tour There are lots of ways to find the tour you want. Let's say you're looking for a coach tour to Las Vegas. You can use the search box at the top right of the home page, and simply type in Las Vegas, to search for all tours that use those words. You can also click Advanced Search to search for more specific criteria, for example, you want to go to Las Vegas, but you only want to look at tours that last 1 week or more, or you only want to look for tours that are suitable for families. |

You can also use the top menu to look for specific types of tours, like if you want to visit Las Vegas for a special event, you might find the event listed under Special Events on the top menu. |

Once you have searched for your tour, the search results will show up. The listing shows one tour that includes Las Vegas. The start date and time, end date and time, trip duration, and prices are shown. The icon on the left indicates that there are photos of the tour to see if you click on the tour name. |

| Each tour in the search listing will have different icons, depending on the features of the tour. Here are the icons that you might see displayed, and what they mean. |

Customer Reviews This icon means that there are reviews left by previous customers who have already been on this tour, and have reviewed the quality of the tour, and value for money. |

Special Offer This icon means that the tour is a special offer for a limited time only. |
 |
Photos This icon means that there are photos posted for this tour. |
 |
Video This icon means that there is a video posted for this tour. |
 |
Premium Operator This icon means that this tour is run by a premium operator. |
 |
Limited Availability This icon means that there is limited availability for this tour. |
The summary of the tour gives you information on the tour description, the highlights of the tour, the daily itinerary, prices and availability. |

Once you have read the information about the tour, and decided to book, scroll down to the bottom of the tour summary page, and click the Book Now! button. |

You will then be taken to a booking form page, where you can fill out your information. Fields marked with a red asterix are required fields. Click Submit to book the tour. |

You booking has been made! You will automatically be taken to a booking confirmation page. You must wait to be contacted by the operator to pay for your booking. An email confirmation has also been sent to your email address. |
