Who / What is CoachToursAmerica.com?
Coach Tours America is a marketing website for tour operators in North America. We promote tours on behalf of tour operators.
We enable you, the customer, to find information from that operator. You book your tour directly with the operator and therefore we never handle your money.
What type of tours do you offer?
All of the tours offered within this site are escorted tours which means that a driver and escort is available for the duration of the tour. There are hundreds of tours available through this website.
All tours are segemented into types. So we have day tours (full or part day), weekend tours which usually run from friday to Sunday and longer tours which can run for up to 21 days.
Certain tours are one off special events. Tour operators may also have a special offer on one or more of their tours at any given time.
How do I book a Coach Holiday?
Once you have decided on the tour that you would like to go on then simply fill in the online booking form and the tour operator will be informed and will contact you shortly afterwards to confirm the reservation.
Do I have to pay a deposit and if so, when do I pay the balance?
Each tour operator is different and will highlight the required deposit to secure your booking. The balance payable is usually defined in their terms and conditions.
Do I need travel insurance?
We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance for any travel that you undertake, whether booked through CoachToursAmerica.com or elsewhere.
What do the icons mean?
Each tour is provided with a tour description and highlights as default. However, tour operators may include a full itinerary, photo's and video's. Icons are shown to represent whether a tour has photo's or video's included.
There are also icons to show whether the tour is a one off special event or if there is limited availability on the tour.
Do you offer last minute discounts on tours?
Some operators do offer special offers on last minute tours. Please look under the "Special Offers" section for more information.
What if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaing regarding this website then please contact us via the online feedback form. If you have a complaint regarding a tour then please contact the operator directly. We supply all of the information for an operator within the operators web listings pages.
Are all of the holidays available shown?
Yes. Our database is updated in real-time so the availability shown is the true availability on that tour.
How do I find out which operator is running the tour?
You can find the operator running the tour from the "Find more about the operator of this tour" link on the tour details screen.
Are children allowed?
Each tour operator offers different policies and as such it is best to confirm with them directly.
How will I know I have successfully booked a tour?
On successfully completing the online booking form, we will email you confirmation of the reservation request with your unique reference number.
The tour operator will then be in contact to confirm the booking and take payment details from yourself.
How often are tours updated?
Seat availability is updated in real-time. Tours, when published are added to the site within 2 mins - so you can be assured that you have the latest tour information at your disposal.
